Chilling horror film 'Cobweb' to be shown in cinemas this summer

Film distributor Just Entertainment is bringing the ominous horror film 'Cobweb' to the Netherlands this summer. The film is directed by Samuel Bodin, who previously made the eight-part horror series 'Marianne' for Netflix and is produced by Seth Rogen, among others. 'Cobweb' stars Lizzy Caplan (Cloverfield), Anthony Starr (The Boys), Cleopatra Coleman (Infinity Pool) and Woody Norman (C'mon C'mon) and centres on a chilling family secret.

Synopsis

Cobweb revolves around eight-year-old Peter, played by Woody Norman, who hears strange knocking sounds in the walls of his bedroom. His parents, played by Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr, claim that the knocking does not really exist and that he is imagining it. As Peter's anxiety grows, he begins to believe that his parents are hiding a terrible secret. And for a child, there is nothing more terrifying than that.

With the help of Miss Devine (Cleopatra Coleman), Peter's teacher, Peter's parents' dark intentions become increasingly clear.
